...a memorial was established many years ago in Portglenone Forest called Augustine Henry Grove? Augustine Henry was a famous Ulster-Scot.
He was best known for sending over 15,000 dry specimens and seeds, as well as 500 plant samples to the UK. The Grove named in his honour consists of several specimen of trees and bushes.
