28 October 2011

On Friday 28 October, the Ulster-Scots Agency circulated its first e-newsletter to in excess of 1,000 Ulster-Scots community and voluntary group members, members of the media and general public.

Those interested in receiving the Agency’s e-newsletter are invited to join our mailing list by visiting www.ulsterscotsagency.com.  To register, you will be asked to provide your full name, a valid email address and to select the areas of Ulster-Scot culture you are interested in being kept informed of – Ulster-Scots dance or music tuition, events, news or publications.

If you are a member of a community or voluntary group, a member of the public, a school, or a company who has organised and ran an Ulster-Scots project – this could be an event, festival, summer school, after school club, drama project, music or dance tuition or any other activity to promote the culture, heritage and language of Ulster-Scots we would really like to hear from you.  Visit www.ulsterscotsagency.com/community-projects/send-us-your-stories or email gillian@ulsterscotsagency.org.uk (Photos of your project also welcome).
