We are delighted to be offering an action-packed week of Ulster-Scots cultural activities as the international Fleadh Cheoil festival comes to Belfast.
From Monday 3rd - Friday 7th August, the Ulster-Scots Agency is delivering a busy week of Ulster-Scots music, dance, language and cultural activities as the international Fleadh Cheoil festival comes to the city for the first time.
With all events taking place at the Discover Ulster-Scots Centre (1-9 Victoria Stret, Belfast, BT1 3GA), there's Highland Dancing, Pipes and Drums, Education and Language Workshops, Lambeg Drumming, and Ulster-Scots folk music available, ensuring our cherished culture and heritage are proudly on display for all to enjoy.
Everyone, from the most passionate Ulster-Scot to individuals visiting Belfast for the first time with little or no knowledge about our history and traditions, will find a very warm ‘Fair Faa Ye!’ waiting for them.
All the events are free, so come along and join in the crack! We’ll see you there.
