As the winter nights draw in, many of us will dream of settling down to a warm, delicious homemade meal, and Paula McIntyre is on hand with one of her delicious hamely winter warmer recipes.

There’s also coverage of the recent America 250 Commission visit to the Discover Ulster-Scots Centre in Belfast. This was an important and historic visit as major plans to celebrate and commemorate the 250th anniversary of the US Declaration of Independence in 2026 continue to develop.
