Learning in Lockdown – the Maine Event
The Ulster-Scots Agency has worked with schools to find innovative ways to ensure curriculum-based teaching and learning about Ulster-Scots continues during these challenging times.
During lockdown when schools were closed, two primary schools (Derryboy Primary School, County Down and Culcrow Primary School, County Londonderry) took part in a live video link with Maine, USA as part of their classroom study of early Ulster-Scots migration to America.
