Kilrea and District Ulster-Scots Society will be hosting an event \'In the footsteps of my grandfather… By Pearl Hutchinson\' on Thursday 16 May at Kilrea Orange Hall at 7:30pm.
This event will;
- Exploring our roots back to Scotland. Meet descendants of the ClanMcClean
- Wilma Kilpatrick is a textile artist who tells the story of emigration through quilt making
- Lesley Mc.Clean will read poetry by a local poet J.H.McIlfatrick.
- Derek Hibbert will sing some golden oldie songs from the 50’s and 60’s.
