This Corporate Plan has been compiled on the basis that all North/South Bodies are in a “care and maintenance” mode during the suspension of devolved Government and this does not allow for new initiatives.

This plan has been prepared based on a budget of £1.769m for 2005 and on the working assumption that the projected budgets for 2006 and 2007 will be £1.82m and £1.863m respectively

The plan will be subject to ongoing review over the period of the plan.
