The Government's Citizen's Charter encourages all public service organisations to adopt procedures which place the customer first. The Ulster-Scots Agency is continuously seeking to improve the quality of the service it gives to individuals and organisations and fully endorses this initiative.

What is a complaint?
The Ulster-Scots Agency defines a complaint as: "an expression of dissatisfaction about an aspect of the service that a person/organisation has received from the Ulster-Scots Agency."
Separate Appeals Proceduce exist for -
- Applicants who wish to appeal against funding decisions made by the Agency.
- Those who allege malpractice by the Agency.
How to complain? If you are unhappy with an aspect of the service you receive from the Agency, we would like to hear from you. Equally if you are pleased with the service offered, or simply have a suggestion to make, please do let us know.
You can make your complaint in whatever form is most convenient to you. It is helpful to know the exact nature of your complaint, in as much detail as possible, and what action you expect from the Agency to remedy the matter. |
