Hilary was appointed to the Board on 30th June 2010.
Hilary is a solicitor and lives in Markethill, Co Armagh with her Husband and three children.
She is a founding member of the Mid-Armagh Community Network which was formed by volunteers in 1998 to promote the Ulster-Scots culture in Mid-Armagh. In practical terms this is done through the delivery of historical lectures, musical tuition in fiddle, guitar, pipe band drunning and Lambeg drumming and dance tuition in both Scottish Country and Highland dancing.
