Overview

The Agency seeks to foster an ever growing desire amongst individuals and community groups to express their cultural identity through music - fiddle, drums, pipes, fife and song.

Ulster-Scots culture can boast of having world-class musicians, particularly in Highland piping and drumming and plays its full part in the wonderful musical melting pot between Scotland, Ulster and the rest of the island.

Ballyclare Victoria Flute Band and the Ulster-Scots Folk Orchestra are featured in a new website from the Queen's University Ethnomusicology Programme, so please visit the following link -
