The Giants Causeway by Stephen Hall |

The Giant's Causeway

Local artist/illustrater Stephen Hall has created a humorous  interpretation of one of the most popular stories in Ireland and Scotland - the legend of Finn MacCool and the Giant's Causeway.

As the story goes, Finn MacCool built a bridge from the Antrim coast in the northy of Ireland, all the way to Scotland, to fight the big Scottish giant, Benandonner.

Stephen is in the process of animating this wonderful tale and has since translated the print version into Irish, Ulster-Scots and Scots-Gaelic.

He has kindly allowed the Agency to show a few pages of his Ulster-Scots version.  For further information contact Stephen Hall, Earth Native Art, Tel 00 44 2893 378583, at Brunabroc, 28 Cable Road, Whitehead, BT38 9PX, Co Antrim, N Ireland or email weebear11@hotmail.com
